1. Buy a scale. I’m going to find it really hard to track my progress if I don’t have the means to. So, this week, I’m going to go buy a scale. Nothing fancy, just something that will state the facts..
2. Give up pop. I love my Pepsi, but I drink a LOT of it… Going to start cutting back tomorrow and tracking my progress.

Last year, I reached a milestone and took off about 70 lbs. After a series of life-changing events, I guess I slipped into a bit of a depression and put back on 40 pounds. I can already tell that several things have changed about me very quickly, including my attitude and self-confidence. I’m ready to get serious about this and take the weight back off before I get back to the point I started at!
