Stop wasting money

That I’ve gotten my beautiful check from the state and feds, and I actually have money TO save, I’ve been much better about keeping it under lock and key…
I spend less than 20 dollars a day and feel pretty great about that. I was not toooo bad a few days ago when I went to the bar and spent around 35 dollars on beer for all of my friends… But hey, I’ll never stop treating those I love most! 35 is pretty low in compairison to the many times I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in a day….

I feel like if I were happier with my day, that I’d stop going out at night as often and spending all of my earnings on drinking and parties. I feel like this will be better after I move. I’ll have far too much responsibility to be wasting both my time and money.

to say that I’ve been walking and taking the ever so popular Boston public transportation as of late. I’d been wasting far too much money on cab rides. This goal was a little hindered by my propensity towards chronic tardiness. I have no concept of time before my first cup of coffee…. I’ve since gotten my act together and started making the coffee at night, and having it iced in the morning. This small step lead to being alert and ready faster, allowing me to walk to my destination with enough time to make it on time, or even quite early on other occasions. Each cab ride to work is around 8 dollars, and that really adds up in a week, let alone a full month. I have a little more cash to throw around and treat myself every so often. Now, if I can just start saving a little I’ll be on my way to solvency….
