2009 Paint Pojke's room (spring)

Thought about doing this Labor Day weekend while we were housesitting but not enough money for the project. This will probably wait until spring again.

...and just waiting for the right color to come up. Haven’t been able to squeeze it into the budget but maybe with my new PayPal debit card! wink

..so hoping to do this ASAP after the first of the month next week! Thanks to our new budgeting plan – I’ll be scoping out the “wrong color” bins at Lowes to get something under $20 a can! Geesh!

And, this may go on hold due to our new financial plan. But, it’s possible to do this in October still.

...who agrees this needs to be done before it gets cold and we can’t leave windows open to ventilate. I actually DREAMED about this a couple night ago! LOL Guess it’s time to “motor-vate”! LOL

...but the kitchen looks great! LOL

Been thinking about it regularly but got caught up with learning to sew and knit in the last month. Got the dresser flag sketched but no progress. It’s also an issue of money.

...but it DID snow last week so I AM waiting for warmer weather to tackle the walls. But, I DID start the dresser. I think it’ll be inexpensive but the planning has become a pain. The diagramming and sketching has taken FOREVER but that’ll probably be most of the work anyway. The painting (other than the stars) should be a breeze.

..just popped up. And, it’s nearly warm enough to open up windows for ventilation. So, I’m thinking a red, white, and blue patriotic theme. Going to start on the dresser and do the flag paint job. Just need to schedule, buy paints, and do it! wink

Would reallyl ike to get away from the traditional blue for a boy’s room but that’s thep aint we already have. So, then a theme must be found to off-set the “bland blue”. LOL But, how do you decide at 1 yr old what his interest might be in say 4 or 5 years? Hmmm…I guess I’ll have to start browsing the “momma magazines” again looking for ideas!
