Just about every “night” I am going to bed at the most ridiculous hour, I know this isn’t good for me and it drives my husband insane. I know I am not as good of a Mom to my kids because mornings are like torture and I know that I would function better on more sleep, especially if I got enough that I could get up before my kids and have those few quiet moments to myself before they wake up. And why is it small children never wake up slowly but wake up raring to go? I know what’s good for me and what works so why is it so hard to find the discipline to do what I know is best??
