that the sun is coming up earlier….this is not a problem for me.

I think next year, I will amend this to DURING the WINTER.

slept in until 7:15 (where is Uncle when you need him????), and then raced to work in front of my art teacher girlfriend who is my partner in crime to be late….

We made it 10 minutes late, as usual…...

But many, many, many others were very late…...shame, shame, shame…..

on this one. I have gotten up and went to the gym twice this week….but I should really do more….

On the days I don’t get up, I sleep in too much because it’s winter…but that should turn around here in a little bit.

if I’m going to work out, I must do this – I cannot let SAD affect me and laze around in my covers until 7. I have to, have to, have to, have to get up at 6.

here’s the plan.

I will get up right before 6 and head to the gym at least three days a week. If I work out til 7, then I can still be to work at a semi-decent time those three days. The other days, I can sleep in, because they’re the early days at work, but heck, maybe I’ll have some more energy!

Usually about this time, this goal slumps. Now that daylight savings time is here, I wake up easier. I swear I have that SADD! I need to concentrate on this one by going to bed earlier so I can wake up and walk the dog and start a load of laundry before I leave for work.

I swear I have Seasonal Affective Disorder!!! I need one of those sun lamps! Let’s see if the stuff I bought at the Health Food Store will help me get more energy, less PMS, and less hot flashes…..

I should be walking, but instead, I’m hitting snooze more and more…..

Maybe if I went to bed right at 9, I could get up a little earlier.

I have made excellent progress on this goal. And it has really helped. I’ve been able to catch up on the laundry and take some time in the mornings to get ready for my students and read my email. I need to somehow fit the walking goal into this one, because then I will have to wake up VERY early, which I’m not willing to do just yet.

I will set the goal earlier next week so that I can fit in walks with the fat dog! :-)
