I have been doing mini 10 -20 min workouts for the last few days. I am sore but its like a good sore. I like it. I wish I could see some results now but that would be like baking a cake for 3 minutes, taking it out and serving it. Its just not done. Well I am off to work hi ho hi ho hi oh who gives a darn. Did I mention I don’t like my j-o-b?

I have a two year old daughter. Simply said.. thats just it I have yet to scrape her off my mid section. I gave birth but her baby residue is still hanging around my waist. I just really want to get rid of the excess around the middle. I have been working on my abs a little lately so hopefully I will keep it up and have nice firm slender mid section in about a month. I want to look less like I’m pregnant. A lady at work asked me when was I expecting lol. Its time to get rid of the tummy factor.
