So I’ve realized yesterday (on my birthday) as I was trying on clothes in several different stores, that I have gained weight. I didn’t think it was that bad, but apparently I don’t fit into anything anymore!! Of course my first reaction is “The stores have made their clothing sizes smaller!! It’s a conspiracy against me!!” but with further rational thought and analysis, I realize I’ve put on some pudge. Now I don’t have a scale to document my progress, and well, muscle also equals weight, so I decided to do measurements of the “inches around the waist” variety. So here goes day 1—>
Bust 35 inches
ribs 29.5
thinest part of stomach 28.5
belly button 31.5
largest part of midsection 32.7
hips 39
thigh 22.5
Hopefully I can get those stomach numbers down :D

So I have been doing lots of jogging, rollerblading, biking, ect… I jog quite a bit now and never take the bus to work. I always either walk, bike or rollerblade. It feels fantastic!! My exercising still isn’t as consistent as I would like, so I’m gonna keep this goal here for a while.
P.S. I’m in love with my calves since all this jogging :D

Today I went out for my first jog of the summer/spring. It was beautiful out!!! Nice and warm and everything is melting. Although the trails are still covered in snow, the sidewalks are mostly cleared and joggable :D. It’s supposed to be nice all week so I will hopefully be able to go out joggin every day this week :D

Today I did a full routine of yoga. Certain legs muscles are doing very well, others are quite lacking and very stiff.
I re-organized my room today so I think I’ll be encouraged to do my yoga more often since there’s a lot more space now :D

So far I’ve been doing quite well on this :D. I’ve been doing my yoga everyday, in the morning-ish (around 10-11ish). I’m hoping that when I return to Ottawa (where I live) I’ll keep it up and be doing it earlier in the morning before I go to work; as opposed to doing it whenever I wake up lol. I enjoy doing yoga because even if I don’t feel like excersicing I force my self to do my basic yoga, then if I feel like doing more, I do more, but I always have the base there so that my body keeps it up :D
