I’ve recently rekindled my determination to do this and have successfully found a wall to use to practice. Although the muscle behind my right knee is absolutely killing me. I wonder if I should talk to my doctor or something about it o.O



Very bad 21 months ago

Well I took a look to see how far I am from the ground and was dumbfounded! I’m a good maybe nearly 2 feet!!! Insanity, I think I was just really not “warmed up” and my inner right thigh is still causing me LOTS of trouble.

Will persevere with stretching and warm ups :D



Progress 21 months ago

I think I’m actually less able to do the splits now. Ever since I torn that muscle or whatever in my right thigh, I can’t seem to recover from it even though it’s been a year. It’s still really stiff and hurts.

Well I pulled my leg muscle the other day when doing the splits with my right leg in front. I stayed off it for a few days but now I’ve back tracked and it still hurts a bit. I can’t get as close to the floor as I was before I pulled it. I really need to learn patience :S

I’ve been doing special stretches to work on my legs. It’s going pretty slow but if I keep it up for a while and push myself more and more each time, I will get there :D
