I did well yesterday but had a rough day so thought that justified eating a bag of lollies a couple of Salt n vinegar chips and 3 chicken thingys aka I binged…. and had soft drink with dinner. What the? Yep when I feel bad – I eat – it is an emotional thing for sure. I must pick myself up and try again today. MMM just about to hoe into my banana. I am my ideal weight I think thin!

I have made a breakthrough. I am thinking myself thin! So simple I was reading about how thoughts create everything; including body – I realised I have been thinking like a fattie therefore not able to shed kilograms… I am now thinking as if I were already my perfect weight.. and as a result I am choosing healthy eating choices and going to workout tonight as a skinny biatch would haha.
Serious – think this will work – please wish me luck and join me on this quest – please ! More the merrier
ok i did badly yesterday – chinese for lunch and then.. choc chip icecream after dinner. Who am I trying to KID? Need to focus on what I WANT not what I don’t want – I want to feel and look great. New day. I’ll start again
Ok I haven’t been COMPLETELY healthy but not too bad…. trying to just eat fruit before noon, and trying to cut out flavoured drinks and soft drinks is HUGE – but am doing well today – must drink more water though, what is my problem with water? I am doing well though I just have to think about how great I will feel running around Thailand looking HOT. Tomorrow night I am going to a personal training class. If i do this twice a week and incorporate it with eating well and keep it up i should be bootylicious by then right?
