straighten my teeth

Cant believe I’ve only had this on 10 days! I can’t wait for it to be over already so I can have fabulous teeth! Am getting so impatient! lol How long until I will notice a difference does anyone know??

I got my top invisalign today! I feel like my teeth are HUGE and I have a lisp! lol – which hopefully will go in a few days! Should get the bottom “train tracks” in a couple of months. Cant wait for it to all be over though and have amazing looking teeth!

I started to have second thoughts about the whole thing. Its going to cost me A LOT of money and the whole process now will take around 18 months to 2 years. I really want to go travelling and I just dont know if I can wait until 2010! When I travelled before I met a girl who had ‘train track’ braces and she had been away for 3 months!! Can you just leave this amount of time between having them tightened if you want to do something like this?? I know it will prolong the final results but it would be great to be able to do this.

Well one of the appointments went well. I can have invisalign on my top teeth but need ‘train tracks’ on my bottom teeth. But thats fine by me! The whole treatment will take 12-15 months but is going to cost me A LOT of money. Thousands! So I think I can say goodbye to a vacation this summer and my social life! But I really want this more than anything, I need to work very very hard to pay this off!!

booked for next week. One Orthodontist specialises in invisalign and the other uses a brace which is fixed behind the teeth. Im worried they will both say neither are suitable for me! Or that it will be too expensive! I’ve hated my crooked teeth forever and am willing to work hard to pay to get them fixed. Fingers crossed! In 2 weeks I will know for sure!
