Can someone give me a couple of examples of good workouts to gain this muscle. Also, how long should I do cardio, and what would a healthy amount of weight to lose a week be? Lastly, I’m 5’10.5” and what would a healthy weight for me be? I thought 175-180, tell me if I’m way off base.

well…i really would love a six pack, but i don’t know what’s best to eat to do this. One thing that i think helps is have a picture or something of what you will look like at the end (i just cropped my face onto someone who had a six pack) and that will really keep you motivated. Trust me, during the day if you are going after something unhealthy, just rip out that paper and you will reallize it’s not worth it! hope that helps you guys, but i too need help
