Trip around the world

Myself and my girlfriend are planning to do this trip. We plan to leave feb 2009 after my girlfriend finishes her phd. We are from Ireland and have seen alot of Europe so we are skipping europe and heading to India then heading east to nepal, tibet china, Japan, thailand, vietnam, cambodia, australia, new zealand, argentina, peru, brazil and bolivaia. This a rough plan of the places we want to see. We have a year to this. We dont know if this is too short a time. We plan to bring 60k euro with us for the year which is roughly 90k dollars for all the americans. This may be too much money but we want to ensure that we can do everything we want to. A once in a lifetime trip.
