So I had an evautaion at the gym the other day. In 4 weeks I lost almost 4% body fat. My goal is to drop one percent body fat per week, so I’m almost on pace. I lost 8 lbs. of fat, and put on 2 lbs. of muscle (so I lost 6 lbs. total). My goal is to be at around 9% body fat and weigh between 225-230. so hopefully I’ll be there in about 12 more weeks (if I stay on pace that is!).

Not only do I want to lose 15 pounds, I also want to bring my body fat down to about 9%. All of my health/fitness goals are connected to trying to become a professional hockey player. I know that to accomplish that goal I will need to be in the best shape of my life, so getting there will be the biggest struggle I think.
