Well, I’ve cut down on my intake of crisps and cheese and upped my intake of fruit and veg. Also I’ve stopped eating as much meat. I don’t know why though cos this wasn’t part of my plan. I’m not vegetarian, just gone off it for some reason!! My skin looks a lot better and I do feel a bit healthier.

I’ve decided to start eating organic meat and dairy. Very persuasive!! And well worth it! Especially the dairy.
