Add the blues harp into 10 songs and perform them

Started with the gusto of a downhill run…... feels like it’s all uphill now, though.

but haven’t been adding the harp…. I am always trying to do new things though…. I did an all rock-a-billy thing last week…. screwed up every one of the songs I was trying to accompany my wife on…. she is such a trooper… she went again tonight… and I screwed up a little less…. ah well… good thing she sings well even through my mistakes…

I did only Heart of Gold and Still Hanging Round. I got seriously close. I remember all the words, but it was not smooth or polished. I have such a high degree of excuse-ivity I hate to even talk about it… but of course I will. Here were my reasons why I missed my mark on these two songs:
1) my palm was damp from sticky-sweat and it affected my guitar playing. This has been my excuse one other time. I should have put baby powder in my guitar case then. I have some in there now.
2) The audio feeds my ear picks up are completely distracting. This is one of my continual excuses….. I have an idea of how I can fix me, but I haven’t bought the equipment yet…... I mean to get some sort of PA system setup for home, so I can practice having to listen to my amplified vocals and instruments and get some practice. I play and sing all week on the couch and getting on a powerful PA in a little tiny bar is way different from my couch.
Anyway, I’ll have to delay performing all of the first 5 songs until Sept 28th. Hope to complete that much that night…. I missed my mark on all 5 songs because I am a big time time waster…. I simply didn’t have anything else ready to try…. with the harp. I did do 5 songs total, just in the other 3 I didn’t use a harp.

That’s when I’m gonna do these at open mic. Time to get busy. I wanna be kinda good at it when I do it.

This is set 1. Vocals, Guitar, Harp… all of it myself.

Once I can do these songs to my satisfaction I will go perform them at open mic, then pick the next 5.
