My disrepect landed my wife in jail

My wife and I had a fight about me taking my lexipro for social anxiety/depression. She then began to dump them down the toilet…I pushed her out of the bathroom and locked to door and told her to calm down…As a result of this act…she broke the door to the bathroom, broke pictures on the walls…I called the police…they took her to jail because of the laws here in Utah. I need to make myself more loving and respectful and responsible for my meds etc…HELP!! I don’t want to loose my wife.
