I can’t stand the lothargic slumpy lazy feeling I’ve had recently. Fitness invites a level of energy in my life that contributes to higher energy levels, whereas I can get more done throughout the day. The other thing is that I “feel” GREAT, which results in higher levels of confidence, which, in turn, allows me do whatever I do… “better”. Working out is a very good investment of time. Without health we can do nothing in this life.
