Explore my new surroundings

of noises during the light hours
The man says there are people on the roof replacing shingles
I am scared
and don’t know what he is talking about

in a forest, the wilderness or a jungle at times

This man has more than 170 different plants in here

His and his girls plants

With grow lights too

I like to lay among them and dream I’m wild and free

that I find quite fun is the “making of the bed”

Time to play

I always get a laugh from him as I become the lump under the covers, the under the bed foot attacker and general pest

So little time

of the house today while I was alone

He left the patio door open but the screen closed

I could smell the outdoors ans wanted it

He told me there is a something called greenbelt to the west of us and a huge park area to the north

Animals called coyotes roam in packs after dark

They were yipping and howling about 100 yards from where I was tonight

safe inside

brought home this wierd thing

it has cardboard with the holes exposed and then he puts the marijauna catnip and rubs it down into the holes

I’m in heaven

and high

my man keeps me in his room at night while he sleeps

Last night he let me run free all night

Sort of a test to see if I would kitty up his plants is my guess

I was good and ran to and fro for hours, leaving those green spiny things alone

Maybe this is a prelude to me being out all day while he is gone at the thing called work

I can’t “kitty” up any of his plants

where my owner and I live

there are some things which I don’t understand

So I have to protect myself and my owner from harm

There was something unidentified there

And I did my duty

It learned its lesson
