I read that fiber is a good way to lose weight, which I need to do, plus it is good for…you know, helping to clean out the temple. Anyway, I want to start eating 30 grams a day, but I warn those of you who want to eat more fiber: beware fiber pills and drinks they can cause mad cramps and will upset your bed-mate (if you know what I mean). Bon chance everybody!
