Have a better attitude at work

The place I work has the very ‘worst’ reputation in our company. No wonder my work attitude sucks. I do try daily though--
I would rather work someplace where people consistantly like you or dislaike you, not they like you one day and talk crap on you the next.

This is hard as one of the people I work with constantly is complaining. I feel like if you really don’t like a place enough that all you do is complain maybe you should leave. I am not talking about the occasional fit some of us tend to have at work, I am talking about CONSTANT, start your day off bellyaching complaining. NOT ACCEPTABLE people!
