laugh longer, louder and more often

Hello there my friend, i share the intention to laugh more often. I already laugh loudly, and perhaps annoy a few people in movie theatres when i do so. I seem however to have recently developed a bit of a habit of nervous laughter – my preference is for the “i can’t control this, I’m crying, and my stomach hursts” variety.
