Im going to mark this as done, as my weight is now between 8st and 8st 2lbs, depending on the time of the month! Im happy with that, I think I probably have been lighter in the past but Im not on a quest to lose more weight now.
Its great being able to fit into all my pre pregnancy clothes, I still have the mummy tummy to work on but Im keeping that as a seperate goal.

I hadnt weighed myself in a couple of weeks, and the other night found out I am now 8st 2lbs. Cant believe how much seems to have dropped off. I was only aiming to get down to 8st anyway – but then admittedly I have no idea what I did weigh before getting pregnant. I think it may have been more around 7 1/2 st because although I can get into most of my pre-pregnancy clothes, some of them are a little tight in places they didnt use to be!
I am slightly gutted about the impact of pregnancy and breast feeding on my boobs though. They have definitely lost their pertness and its clear that they are heading to saggyville :o( It cant be helped and it wont put me off trying for number 3, but I will miss what I used to have.

After Willow was born I was a little over 9 stone, with just a little exercise and no dieting I am now down to 8 st 6 lbs, which is actually lighter than I was going to try and get whilst breastfeeding – however, if the weight is slowly coming off me, Im not going to complain or try and stop it! There might even be a chance that by Christmas Ill be down to by 8st goal, will have to wait and see.
So for now Im not going to actively try and lose weight, but Im going to keep active and try not to eat too much crap (although a little is allowed and Im not giving anything up!) Ultimately my goal is to get down to 8st and see how that feels and whether it allows me to slip back into my pre-mummy-days clothing!

Going well...

Dieting is not as hard as I thought it was going to be.. both BashfulC and I have lost 3 pounds already and the first week isnt even up yet! A few minor diet changes have made a big difference! We’re just being more careful about what sweet things we eat, I think when I was pregnant I just ate what I wanted, and we have both gotten into the habit of continuing to do that once bubba arrived!
Anyway, Im quite enjoying watching my daily progress on nutracheck, and also knowing that nothing is completely banned, and there is always room to have a little bit of whatever it is we fancy!

Starting point
Well Ive got at least a stone (maybe a bit more, the scales are being inconsistent on me) to lose, so Im starting as I mean to go on.
Ive joined a weight loss website (like nutracheck but for mums) and am logging my calorie intake, activity and so on. Its day one and the site has already helped me identify some areas where I could cut down on my calories. I was shocked when I realised how many calories I consume in a day, I thought it was far less than it actually is!
Fingers crossed, this will get me on the way to shifting the postpartum bulge!!
