I’m already ahead of the game, of course, since I live in Italy – but it’s harder than you might think! I read in English (mostly), my husband speaks English as well (though he is Italian) and so has no problem talking with me, my job is teaching English, so I have to speak it with my students…
And then I’m just plain lazy, too! Crikey!
I’ve run out of real excuses, though. I’ve lived here for four years, and the time has come to knuckle down and get on with it.
