I sort of fell off the band-wagon with this one for like a month I wasn’t exercising. And then the other day I decided to just get up early and get on the elliptical. I noticed the difference immediately. After three days of exercise I slipped up again and didn’t do it this morning. The day was SO much harder to get through!! I’ll be keeping it up this time.



Dunno 8 months ago

Dunno when I posted last or what I posted… but I’ve been trying to get at least three days of exercise (at 30 minutes or 15 minutes if I do more than 3 days) a week.

So far I’m doing good and I’ve been going strong for about 4 weeks now, yay me!



New this week! 22 months ago

So I went to the gym on Monday evening, it was late around 9:30 or so. Went with four other people and there were like 5 people down there. It’s a small gym. This place can’t really hold that many people in it… In any case I went and I felt better. Then on Tuesday I went again in the afternoon. This time I went alone and it felt better just to be there semi-alone. I didn’t feel like I had to wait for people when I wanted to leave and I didn’t feel like I was holding anyone up. Two girls on Monday night wanted to leave after 20 minutes and a third did leave. Then the one that I used to exercise with must have felt pressure from the two 20-minute-ers because she said we should leave “by ten” which made our stay only 30 minutes long. In any case I got there, did the work and left.

Today I plan to exercise again, yesterday was my off day and thank Goddess for that because I felt like my legs were gonna fall off they were so stiff!

Wish me luck with the continuation of what I’ve started this week. I think I’ll be able to do it, four times a week is a good number, right?
