I’m doing the Couch to 5K and am about to start week 8. This means I’m jogging 25 mins at a stretch. Me!!!! I want to register for a ‘fun run’ (1.5 mi) next month and for a 5K in September.

No progress on this one. I identified a couple of possible races, but have not been hitting the treadmill or the streets. My bad.
Should look up some local races and pick one to train for…. also decide what I mean by ‘finish’—combination of walking and running? Running the whole deal?
