today I’ve started running in the dry sand. it’s much tougher than running in concrete, so it was only for 15 minutes.
still, I think it’s a good progress :D
the situps are going great, but still can’t see any results.

I love these cartoons :D

I’ve been doing ballet streching and walking 5 to 10km almost everyday, just haven’t been documenting.
I’ve lost 2kg without realizing it, so it has been working :D
still haven’t bought the jump rope though.
will keep with the walking and the ballet stretching and will start the situps again tomorrow.

stretching, 15 minutes of lazy jogging, 100 situps and 100 ropeless jumps.

at least 50 sit ups;
maybe 30 minutes of jogging.

this week I’m gonna buy a rope to do some jumping.
