I’ve gained some pounds, and not the tight kind. The kind that moves when you move, and I want to lose it. But not only do I want to lose the fat, I want to gain muscle. I want to lose the flab completely and have nice tight stomache, arms, legs, etc. The thing is, is that I can be pretty lazy at times, and I’ll say that I’ll do something, but I won’t. So, I know that this will take a while unless I really put my head into it. I’m gonna try. _
