I spent an hour working on cardio and upper body today…nothing too strenuous as Sundays are my cool down days.

I’m not exactly out of shape by any means, most people consider me to be fairly skinny, so what I want is to be fit. I’ve got muscles and all that for the most part, I just want it all to be more prominent and visible. So in junction with this goal, I joined “FitTech,” a program that’s designed to help motivate you to work out and stay on top of your eating habits and exercise times, and today is the big kick-off day.
