I have started taking some steps. I have greatly cut down on the amount of sugar I intake (not drinking soda, no sugar in my tea, etc). I have also started to not eat big portions, as this has been my issue since my kids were born. I always would take my serving and then would end up “cleaning up” what they did not eat. Oh, and I did stop eating at night and with that I saw about an 8 pound loss! I have been fluctuating a lot lately, I will drop a few then gain back. I know if I throw exercise into the mix, it will not only help lose, but help keep it off.
Like I said…steps!
By the way, thanks for inviting me to the team. It does help to remind me that I am not alone in this goal!
