I have enjoyed getting back into this and have been doing on a regular basis. Not only does it feel good to do again, but it helps keep my depression under control. Yay!



Getting back into it... 2 years ago

It seems that I have lost track of much of the things I used to do before I had children and got married, and meditation is one of them. I used to meditate on a daily basis and it helped me stay healthy in more ways than one.

I started up again yesterday (along with starting a fast) and it felt great! Just got finished doing it for today…so far, so good. Might actually get to knock this one off the list sooner, than later.
