I just did 7 (seven!) bad ones. My thighs still touch the ground, I can’t do pushups without that (yet). But I feel my arms getting stronger, and that is so encouraging!

I thought if I practiced my pushups once a day, I’ll be alright.
But I won’t.
I’ll have to go down on the floor several times a day or I’ll never do even 5.
It’s still 3 very bad ones.
But my daughter is having fun watching me and trying to imitate me. She wants me to do this again and again – a very engaged personal trainer ;)
I can’t believe it! I actually have sore muscles from those three push-ups! Gosh, I’m so bad …
But ok, sore muscles is a good sign. It shows that things are getting better. Muscles will be growing. I will be strong! I will be beautiful! I will be sexy!
Well, maybe not, but I will be better at push-ups, I hope ;)
Well, I did 3 push-ups this afternoon, but my thighs touched the ground slightly, so I don’t think they count. I didn’t put any weight on them, but I guess the extra impuls while getting my body straight again makes the push-ups somewhat easier. Otherwise I never would have gotten up again.
Gosh, my arms are so weak! It’s really sad.
I can do one – and I have a hard time to push up with shaky arms.
But my arms muscles have always been the weakest part of me.
Looooong way to go, but I’ll try!
