so here are some things I need to remember:
1. enough clienting, if I need a session take one. but STOP COMPLAINING, because it doesn’t change things or really make me feel better.
2. avoid people who do not bring out the best in me, because I deserve no less
3. no acting out or acting in. meaning no taking out stuff on others and no hours of tv or online numbness
4. contact people who support, listen, or bring out the positive
5. take 30 min everyday just for me. not meetings or work or homework. Me-Time!
6. Exercise! don’t skip gym classes unless I am have an impossible scheduling issue or am in bed almost dying sick
7. spend time with myself. not running, simply make time for me-lunch
8. reward myself when things go well, remember my accomplishments and growth.
9. just smile
10. and laugh out loud
