well I am off to a good start, but I find it so easy to just wave off exercising for some dumb excuse. Here is my exercise schedule which I TRY to stick to.
Monday= zumba Tues=kickboxing wed=elliptical or cardio mix thurs=kickboxing fri= elliptical or pilates sat=free day or just dancing around the house :) sun=kickboxing and zumba.
i usually do all tat, but I do find myself slipping off and I hope to stick to it!
