I went to a seminar that my firm provided today. The seminar is about how to begin a workout regimen without over-tiring yourself. She also showed us how to use the equipment in everyday settings like using the leg bands as you cook. Most people walk around the kitchen as they cook anyway so just put those on and you are working out. I am kind of pumped to try out some of the things I’ve learned!
it’s something I need to do though.
