The Past 3 Weeks... 6 months ago

I have worked out between 4-6 days a week for the past 3 weeks. I can feel the physical difference. I feel good and I feel happier. Still haven’t lost a pound tho :( but I feel better in my clothes so that counts.

I usually do the elliptical for 30 minutes then lift 30 pounds weights for 10 reps.

I WILL work out more this spring so that this summer not only will I look good but I will feel good also.



I took step one in this goal. 21 months ago

I went to a seminar that my firm provided today. The seminar is about how to begin a workout regimen without over-tiring yourself. She also showed us how to use the equipment in everyday settings like using the leg bands as you cook. Most people walk around the kitchen as they cook anyway so just put those on and you are working out. I am kind of pumped to try out some of the things I’ve learned!
