I couldn’t seem to get motivated to do this. But, today it came to me. I spent my 20’s depressed and fat. I will not spend my 30’s in that condition. I only want to loose an additional 15-20 pounds. If I can’t dedicate myself to 20 pounds then what’s the point of all this. I worked out last night for the first time in awhile and it felt great. I will cotinue to nurture my body as I do my soul.

I am up to 3 x a week and i am trying to get up to 6. It’s going to take time but I’m willing.
I have been working out so hard and so long. I have a 12 more pounds to go, before I am my ideal weight. But, dam don’t I look good ?
