Increase in people consciousness 2 years ago

Today I was very nervous the article would not appear. I went to NewsHaven downtown to buy a paper, feeling very anxious around people. Police were directing traffic away from certain intersections, but I couldn’t descry a reason.

With the paper in hand I hesitated but then went directly to Atticus booksellers, which has a cafe at this time more busy than usual. I agonized over where the article would be, since all that was mentioned in an e-mail was “blog review”—I thought it could be in “life” or “local” or even “business”. I had to put the paper down several times, my hands were almost shaking.

My tea and croissant just seemed to dissapear, I must have been in shock. In fact, in spite of a relatively small number of visitors to the blog the article was prominent within the Media/Electronics section, mentioning Motism within a subtitle. That my intention was to promote The Motist book and websites while the article is reflective of these things seems to substantiate the motives behind The Motist Agenda.

As to what happens with web visitors or if anyone knows my name, these are things that are still very uncertain.

There are some things that cause exhorbitant happiness 2 years ago

Whether or not there’s much taste involved, there some things seem to cause happiness or exhileration pretty consistently (at least with me):

1. strangely, manila wafers (although now I rarely eat them)

2. a woman’s sweet voice, when she looks at me or is lecturing

3. strong wind when it isn’t raining or freezing

4. herb gardens, the smell of lavender, grapes or (~cyclamen?)

5. playful architecture

6. games that promote the soul and happiness (low stress, aesthetically pleasing, eloquent, such as open-ended board games creating fascinating relationships)

Basically make a list of the good things 2 years ago

On my wish list:
*perpetual motion—the ultimate art object, preferably made of bronze
*strange bright corners of thought explainable in terms of categories or astonishing aphorisms
*strange food combinations, as if I’m the only one trying them and they taste really good anyway, maybe better than they would if other people were tasting them
*good places to go, since I know I’m always missing out on the locations with the best feng shui
*ways of thinking or feeling that are seperate from my beliefs, that exist simply as a form of life rather than depending on reassurance from my needier side

etc. might finish later—just broad categories for now
