Thursday: no luck stay at work late
Friday: LAME! Went home and cleaned.
Saturday: Ran 2.5 miles and walk up 40 flights of stairs.
Wednesday:
Spin class with the extreme spin instructor.
I have a new motivation. My good friend is moving back in a month and she always made fun that I would go to the gym seriously for two weeks and then I would give up…need to show the difference now!!!
Tuesday:
Because of work I missed yoga but under advisement of people at work(thanks Julie) I went to the gym and did 45min at ecliptic machine the did some weights on my arms.
Saturday: I was so busy getting ready for my friend’s bachelorette party that I didn’t get a work out in…wait does climbing seven flights of stairs six or seven times count?
Sunday: Finally completed my running route without stoping… yeah. It was 2.5 miles.
Tuesday: Still have stiffness in the legs but my Yoga workout helped out.
Wednesday: Spin class with the psycho trainer.
