i’ve been training now for about a year on and off, and pretty constant over the past four months following a tight schedule. In two (or three, not sure) i’ll be running in the Distance Classic, then the following month in the Half-Marathon, and then comes the full marathon. I know I can do the full 26.2 miles, but now i’m working on getting my time to an 8:00 Pace

Thanks Amarshwren for the link to Hal Hidgon’s guide. I’ve been doing my own sort of training, but this seems better put together. I’ll be doing the Novice training and I’ve got just under a year to get ready for the marathon.
