Damn, I was contemplating London on my list then I wake up to the news. I have a cousin and a good friend over there. Haven’t heard from the cousin as yet, but my friend is fine.
The old me would’ve scratched London off my short list but I can’t let these heinous acts control my living. Plus I live in NYC, it’s not like I’m any safer. So I’m still going to investigate London.
well, right now I’m investigating earning my Masters Degree outside of New York. I love NY but I’m getting tired of it. Like it doesn’t suit me anymore.
Anyway one of my choices for the move is Toronto. I plan to visit there next year to see what the vibes are like. South of NY doesn’t appeal to me. Everytime I turn around I hear of a friend or relative moving to the DC area or (yuck!) Virgina. Now I’ve been to Virginia and was not too thrilled about it. I’m not knocking the place but it’s just not for me. So Toronto is at the top of my list. Close enough to NY to visit the family yet far enough to start a new, better life.
