build and start a daycare center

Well, I’m moving along much faster, knowing that I will be able to qualify for the funding needed. That sure helps. I have my downpayment ready for financing. Now to finish this biz plan. Grrrr!

I’ve never built anything but know how to hire people who do. lol. I have a piece of property on which I plan to build a daycare center. I’ve had the property rezoned but am dragging now. I call myself putting together the business plan for financing but, that’s not moving along as quickly as I’d hoped.

I suppose I need to write up step by step task list to help keep me moving forward. This is difficult because I don’t like to make mistake and that’s causing me to second-guess each step. Ah well, the list still needs to be made.
