working on my financials as we speak. The sooner I get it done, the closer I’ll be to having my newly constructed daycare center.

Ok, so I got a lot done last night. I went into the office after hours. The quiet gave me an opportunity to sketch out what it is I’m trying to do. Me, a whiteboard and a little talking out loud and now I have a clear picture of how I plan to build and run this thing. Having it written out on the whiteboard helped me to clearly “see” the vision. So, today, I’m continuing putting on paper what was outlined last night.

I have an accountability partner who is also planning to start a daycare. We meet every 2 weeks and are meeting tonight for a working session. HOPEFULLY, I should be able to have things wrapped up by the end of the session.

I feel very good about my progress and will meet my goal.

sigh The numbers really do make it more difficult than it needs to be. I keep changing my plan and finding new resources. Ugh! I want to just buckle down and get this done by the end of this week. I think I’ll put a challenge on that.
