I went to the dentist for the first time in 6 years yesterday. Yes, 6 years! That is an awfully long time! I used to go loyaly every 6 months before that but I don’t know what happened. At any rate it was not a pleasent experience because I was long overdue. My goal now is to brush and floss at least 2x each day.
