Cross Country is absolutly awesome!!
I love how our taining practices are much more structured, I have learned a lot about running and improved my speed. I am sick right now, so we will see how the next few runs go. My mini goals are to run the 5k in under 25 minutes this friday. Wish me luck, i think i can do it with the motivation. This friday is our anual Terry Fox Run, and I am so excited. But I want to get more training in and really improve and work hard to improve. So here is my planned schedule for the next few weeks. Plus running for team practice every weekday except thursday becaue I teach swimming lessons thursdays!
