So I had an accident about 8 weeks ago and haven’t run more than like 100meters since then and I am excited to get back to running, and hopefully running with our school team too! So I will let you know how tomorrows run goes!! It will be the first time I am running over 100m and my goal is about 3kilometers without stopping. Everyone probably already knows about it but if not you all should totally check out mapmyrun.com, you can plan your training sessions, log routes and runs, cals burned, distance travelled, and the millage on your shoes! I hope everyone who has started this goal is doing well, do not give up it will be soo worth it in the end.
