i want to lose 70 pounds, 10 pounds a month..

Hi, My name is Nadia, I am 23 years old and have been on the volpotous side for all of my life, though I have always carry my head high and looked good in my weight I now need to make a change, physically,emotionally and spirtually. I have had several revelations since New Years. Sounds crazy huh ??? Might I add that it wasnt the 7 drinks I had either when this revelation had came about. But i feel like it is time to make a change. I want to lose weight. I want to be healthier. I want to have control over my life and this is where I am going to start.
