Great restaurant near the Lincoln Center.

The watermelon/lemonade is so good that I had 2 glasses at $5 a pop. It was worth it!!

This past month I have seen 2 friends whom I have not seen in years.

One friend I had not SEEN since 1997. We had fun by going to dinner in Union Square. She was surprised that I treated her to dinner. She is a doll and I am glad we had some special time together.

My other friend I had SEEN since 1996. We had lunch in the neighborhood and I had no idea that she did not work far from me! Small world. Now, she is moving. Ahhh! But, I plan to keep in touch.

Glad to be around old souls who are like minded!

2 new things:

1. Attended the African Film Festival at the Lincoln Center and saw a wonderful film called, “Death of 2 Sons.” Check out:

2. Saw the movie “Perfect Stranger” at a support staff screening. These are people who worked behind the scenes. A good friend of mind is part model and she is the leg and hand model for Halle Berry in a couple of films. The wild thing is that she did not credits in the film but at least she got her check! We were pretty mad about that but the director of the film had the nerve to announce that not everyone was credited in the film.

Can you believe that mess? I worked in documentary film and I would never leave anyone out intentionally. Crazy man!

Just know your rights when you are in these situations!

March 20 – Went to Tao Restaurant! Yum! Great food!

March 25 – Compass Restaurant – the Duck was to die for!

March 26 – Starks Restaurant – I had a headache it was so good! Excellent Steakhouse!

March 27 – The Metropolitan Museum of Art – took a friend to the museum for an afternoon outing! Fun!

March 28 – downtown Manhattan for a meeting and saw the WTC. Sad. I do not like going down there but I pay my respects. 2nd time down there since 9/11.
