Fortunately, I meet with my trainer on Saturday on this. I have to have her to work on specific ailments that I do have.

I am only 33 years old and at the age 22 I was diagnosed with an inoperable lower back problem. I think though this is common with a lot of people but my doctor said that I was way to young to have that problem.

I used to dance as a kid and I wonder after I stopped doing ballet if that caused me to lose the strength that I had in my lower back because of the stretches that I did every week and then every day.

I decided to save my money and get a trainer because I do not want to look like the hunch back from Notre Dame in a few years if I do not get immediate attention. I had to stop using my back pack when it is too heavy and I usually use 2 bags to carry my things but it distributes the weight. Now, I try not to carry to much because of this problem.

This may be part of the reason why I love ordering online because I never have to carry bags. I know I am spoiled. I can admit that but I need to continue to work on getting my body back into better physical shape. I have been sitting on my butt too much.

If I can start doing this at least 3 times a week and building up to doing this every day, I think this goal will be a life one that I can keep!

I do have a trainer but I do have the discipline to do the work.

I use the trainer to help stay on top of my schedule and to get exercises but for right now, I will have to work on my own because I need to save a few bucks! =)

I had a trainer for 6 weeks last year. After using her and losing the weight, I have the incentive and I have kept the weight off because I am not spending that kind of money again to do things that I can do on my own.

Further, I threw out all my fat clothes and I refuse to have to buy big clothes again!
