I had a very friendly and conversational cashier at the grocery store, and on the way to the door, I decided to stop at the customer service desk to see if they had any customer comment cards. I guess they don’t get that request very often because they had no idea where they were-I took a piece of paper and wrote about my pleasant experience and told them to give it to the manager. I hope she gets some recognition for a job well done! I worked with customers for many years, and it always seemed that people were so quick to register a complaint-that always bugged me…
