Beer every weekend 4 years ago

I think i drink 6 beers on frydays and 6 more on saturdays and sometimes 6 on thursdays…this must to STOP….I think I will try to drink only 4 beers each night lol…I hope it is enough..the thing is thats the only drink my friends will try…
