albeit 12 hours after I had intended to do so. Worked mostly on arms, but also jogged half a mile. I felt good until I stepped on the scale and realized I’m down to about 128. I need to bulk up so I’m not such a twig boy. But really, my wife will love me regardless…
I am getting up an hour and a half early to go to the gym. With the new time change, my normal wakeup time will be difficult anyway, so I figure an extra hour and a half early won’t be any worse.
